Brittney Hodges-Bolkovac is a glowing and powerful example of how Lighthouse can change lives. Brittney’s Lighthouse story began in middle school and continued throughout high school. Through her experience at Lighthouse, she shares her stories about the unmatched support, opportunities, and positivity that she received.

Now, Brittney is a middle school teacher at Dawes Middle School and was recently a top five finalist for "Inspire: Celebrating Women's Leadership Awards" in both the categories 'Excellence in Education' and 'Woman of the Year'.

She is truly an inspiration and role model to many, and we are grateful for her continued commitment to creating a more equitable educational environment for all.
