Food Program Coordinator

My name is Sydney Eisentrager and I grew up in Omaha, NE. I moved to Lincoln to attend UNL and graduated with a BA in Psychology, minoring in Sociology and Child, Youth and Family Studies. During my time in Lincoln, I met my now husband and became a step-mom and a mother to my 2 beautiful sons. 

With a deep-rooted passion and love for youth development and food, I am privileged to be able to provide the youth with healthy and nutritious meals. Through my work, I want to be able to empower today’s youth through hands-on education in nutrition and cooking. I believe that teaching young people how to nourish their bodies and prepare healthy meals is a powerful step toward lifelong wellness and empowerment.
